The diary that remembers.

Write about your day the way you'd tell a friend. Deforget quietly picks out the promises, plans, and people — and never lets a word leave your device.

Coming to the App Store this fall

Requires an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone or iPad

No tags. No forms. No filing.

You just write.

On-device intelligence reads along and highlights what matters — each kind of thought in its own color.

Plain reflection stays plain — Deforget extracts what's actionable, and nothing else.

Everything finds its place.

Promises become reminders

In Apple Reminders, on the right day — even when you wrote "next Friday" three pages ago.

Plans land in your calendar

Events are created for you, and meeting notes attach themselves to the meeting they belong to.

People get pages

The Index gathers everything you've ever written about anyone — promises, plans, mentions.

Yours alone.

Everything happens on your device, powered by Apple Intelligence. Deforget runs no servers and collects nothing — your diary syncs through your personal iCloud, invisible to everyone but you. We couldn't read it if we wanted to.

Deforget's journal on iPhone: a diary entry with colored highlights marking an event, a commitment, a decision, meeting notes, and a reminder.

The diary is free. Forever.

Writing, reading, syncing, and export are never locked. The intelligence is free for your first 7 days, then part of Deforget Pro.

Questions, answered.

What do I need to run it?

An iPhone or iPad capable of Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro or newer, M-series iPad) with Apple Intelligence turned on, or an Apple-silicon Mac. Without it, Deforget still works as a private, free diary — the intelligence needs the on-device model.

Does it work with Google Calendar or Outlook?

Yes — through the system. Add your account in iOS Settings and it appears in Apple Calendar; Deforget writes through the system calendar, so events sync onward through your provider. We deliberately never connect to third-party services directly: no accounts, no tokens, nothing to leak.

What happens if my subscription lapses?

Nothing is taken away. Your diary, everything already extracted, your reminders and events — all still yours. New writing simply isn't analyzed until you're back.

What does Deforget collect about me?

Nothing. No analytics, no tracking, no account. The app talks to exactly one party: your own iCloud, for sync between your devices.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

You have the final say. Dismiss a wrong highlight with one tap — it stays gone — or type / at the start of a line to file it yourself.
