Deforget is built by one person, and that person reads every message. Write to support@deforget.app — include your device model and iOS version if it's about a bug.

The intelligence isn't working

Extraction needs Apple Intelligence: an iPhone 15 Pro or newer, or an M-series iPad, with Apple Intelligence enabled in Settings. Deforget shows a notice on the journal when the model is unavailable and explains why.

Reminders or events aren't appearing

Check Settings → Deforget: Reminders and Calendar access must be allowed. The app tells you when access is off and something couldn't be written — granting access afterwards creates everything that was waiting.

A highlight is wrong

Tap the icon next to it, then Dismiss — it stays gone. Or type / at the start of a line to classify it yourself.

Restoring purchases

Settings → Deforget → Restore purchases, signed into the same Apple Account.

Exporting your diary

Settings → Your data — Markdown or PDF, anytime, free.
